The Atlanta Chapter of the Retail Design Institute is a vibrant community dedicated to advancing excellence and innovation in retail design. Our membership includes space planners, environmental designers, graphic communications specialists, project managers, retail design managers, retail executives, trade partners, students and educators. We are committed to bringing value to our members through regular chapter meetings, special events, and networking opportunities.Our relationship with leading schools in the region provides an opportunity to encourage retail design as a career. The Atlanta chapter prides itself in bringing new ideas and trends to the design community and we actively provide professional and student development through competitions, seminars, tours and roundtables.
As a chapter we are dedicated to professional development and growth of our craft to meet the ever-changing landscape of retail design.

Chapter President's Message
As we begin a new year, the Atlanta Chapter has gained new members, 2 new officers and scheduled exciting new events to come. Our officers include John Ermlich RDI. who joins the board as vice president and brings with him considerable industry experience as president of ERMCAR Inc. a retail design agency. Our new chapter secretary, Betsy Gardner, has a design background and is currently a designer for Info Retail, a growing firm of young professionals.We look forward to the contributions of all our members in 2010. We have planned a full calendar offering professional growth, networking and yes, good times. Here is a glimpse:
