Steve Liberty has been with The Bay since 2005. His current position is Director of Store Planning. Hbc is a division of Hudson's Bay Trading Company and Canada's largest diversified general merchandise retailer, operating The Bay -- a major department store, Zellers -- a mass merchandise format, and Home Outfitters -- a kitchen, bed and bath specialty store.

Steve's previous retail Store Planning experiences were with Sears, Eatons, Toys R US as well as a General Manager of various fixture manufacturing companies. He has a degree in Civil Engineering and has been an active board member with the Toronto Chapter of RDI since inception.
