Kent Hensley grew up in a small agi-community in central Iowa where his idea of retail was Harvey’s grocery store where the family account was noted to “not allow the Hensley boys to charge”. Since then Kent’s has been a member of the design team of several retailers and a resource for retailers as a designer, manufacturer and occasional installer. “From the small horizon I grew up with it has always amazed me that I have been able to work across the US, Canada, France, England, Russia, Chile, Mexico and Argentina. All that said, Minneapolis is my home where I maintain a design consultancy, lead a non-profit HIV/AIDS fundraising organization, and I am preparing for an empty nest as the last of my two children launch”.
