Responsible for drawing plans, managing project budget, and overall project management and closeout for grocery retailer and the various remodels throughout the fiscal year.

Responsinble for visiting potential remodels stores, developing conceptual drawings for approval by executive team and managing production of fixture plans to meet projects schedules forthe architectural teams.

Responsible for developing new concepts and grocery retail formats for various building sizes/footprints and managing the production of store planning for different regions of the country.

Work with Merchandising teams in developing new merchandising strategies.  Development of fixtures and department layouts.  Work with contractors to mock up prototypes for team to "kick the tires" and approve before implementation in field.  Work directly with store formats to implement new ideas into prototype plans

Responsible for developing new ideas and soultions with the various merchandisng teams .  This includes everything from shelf level to fixture to department to store.  Mock ups and testing for valadtion.  Work closley with Marketing, Ananlytics, Operations, Store Design and Merchandising.  Responsible for mananging the merchandisng intiative capital budget.  Work with all team to deliver a holistic solution to our customer.
