Led retail, resort, entertainment development while serving as project manager for awarded projects in the U.S., Canada and the Caribbean. 

·                   Directed architecture / engineering team from concept to successful project completions

·                   Project Manager for major client accounts including, Hilton Hotels, Marriott World Center, Lakeland Regional Medical Center and numerous Walt Disney World retail and food service projects

·                   Project Management for master planning at U.S. Space and Rocket Center, Huntsville, Alabama and, Kennedy Space Center Visitors Complex, Cape Canaveral, Florida

Director Design and Construction - Retail Devision

Set the design vision and directed the construction management for new and existing Carlton Cards stores nationwide.

·                   Responsible for creating and managing Retail Design, Construction and Maintenance

·                   Developed and drove down cost for $10 million capital and expense budget for 320 stores throughout U.S

·                   Directed construction for over 200 new or remodeled stores on schedule and budget

        Manager Store Planning and Design, The Disney Store, Inc.

Responsible for development of The Disney Store prototypes and managing design for 120 stores.

·                   Developed the entire Disney Store concept into an international rollout package

·                   Planned / designed store exterior and interior including: fixturing, carpeting, lighting, and graphics, that yielded exceptional sales per square foot throughout the chain  

·                   Managed design for prototype themed restaurant, Mickey’s Kitchen in The Disney Store
