As a member of the Executive Architect’s Senior Project Management
Team for a 15 Million + square foot LEED certified International
Science & Technology University mega-project, managed
pre-procurement strategy and process. Structured early package
deliverables to support fast-tracked schedules of the international
general contractors executing the construction of the University
Campus in Saudi Arabia. Advised design team on procurement issues
impacting design documentation. Monitored bidding activity and
provided weekly reporting on contractor procurement and tendering
progress to design team and client owner.

Foley's operated full line department stores throughout
five states in the Southwest United States.
Managed major capital building programs adding over 4.5 million
square feet of new or remodeled space. Executed minor remodeling,
new shop installations, and tone-ups to multiple locations in 5
states resulting in greatly expanded sales opportunities.
Controlled major capital administration of over $600 million
and miscellaneous capital budgets of over $20 million annually
to execute projects serving key business initiatives. Directed
planning & design, fixture/furnishings/equipment and materials
purchasing, space productivity analysis/diagnostics, and ADA
accessibility compliance programs for this 72-location division.
Provided project coordination and implementation services in
collaboration with both corporate planning/design and outside
design consulting teams.

Southeastern U.S. states. Responsible for project programming,
budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration for all projects
resulting in new market expansions.

Provided design and construction administration for a variety of new,

New England states. Directed execution of all major capital
building projects in conjunction with corporate design and
construction resources. Opened over 4.8 million square feet of
space exceeding $120 million annually. Promoted various
sustainability and energy conservation initiatives for all
facility locations. Represented the company in the Downtown Crossing
Business Association and as a member of the Boston Mayor’s Committee
to establish the Downtown Business Improvement District for the City
of Boston.
