Andrew has over 25 years of retail design and store planning experience. He began his career with WalkerGroup/CNI under the mentorship of Raul Nunez, Wyatt Neil, and Ed Sierra. He learned his design aesthetic working at FDG for Jay Fitzpatrick for the next twelve years. The follow three years at Gensler taught him how to client manage and run the business under the guidance of Walter Hunt. The next 7 years at FRCH Design Worldwide set his ability to get the best from his teams and market the business through the support of Managing Partners Paul Lectlieter, Jim Lazzari. The importance of storytelling, brand strategy, and big idea concepts, crystallized through the synergistic collaborative with the other world class the creative directors, Steve McGowan, Y.E. Smith and Christian Davies.
