With over 18 years of senior retail experience, Dena has held several positions with experience in strategic planning, store planning & design, project management and financial administration.  She excels in producing outstanding results through effective team leadership, building alliances and celebrating collaborative successes.

Throughout her career, Dena has received numerous awards and recognition including Outstanding Leadership Awards from Macy's and acknowledgment for her community efforts from ArtsFund in Seattle.

Originally from Los Angeles, California, Dena lived in San Francisco prior to migrating to Seattle in 1997. She is a graduate of California State University at Long Beach with a BA in Interior Design.
