Visit and write evaluations on potential buildings for HD Supply. Evaluate due diligence researched by outside consultants. Assemble business leaders and architects to design new facilities. Write and manage the budgets from conception through completion including pro-forma budgets and monthly financial status reports. Hiring and managing architects and engineers. Writing construction schedules for GC’s and company hierarchy. Responsible for reviewing all CD’s, selecting contractors to bid projects, award contracts to successful bidders. Purchasing and scheduling deliveries for all FBO items. Coordinating the installation and completion of I.T. Conduct site visits, meetings with GC/subcontractors to ensure safety, on time and on budget delivery of the facilities within +/- 5%. Complete punch lists and turnover the facilities to management in a turnkey fashion. Responsible for all signs for all the lines of business that comprise HD Supply. Utilizing AutoCAD 2007. Travel averages 80% across the USA.

Project Manager: Responsibilities are the same as for HD Supply Construction Manager and applied to building Tool Rental Centers as additions to The Home Depot retail stores.

Store Setup Supervisor: Responsible for fixture installation of new stores through opening date. Writing contracts for fixture installation. Supervising contractors during installation of fixtures and making sure that installation is to The Home Depot’s specifications and standards.

Responsible for designing store department layouts, working with merchants to meet all merchandise criteria and review and approve fixture takeoffs for purchasing. Main contact for fielding questions concerning on going projects. Responsible for producing drawings. Project manager for retrofits. Producing value engineering drawings for new stores deleting materials not required to complete job and training other store planners to produce same drawings. Starting first in house electrical plans and gathering information for both of the foresaid to complete drawing packages.
