Event Recap: Technology in Retail — RDI New York Chapter Hosted at the Planar Showroom | April 30, 2025
On April 30th, the Retail Design Institute’s New York Chapter hosted one of its most successful events to date: Technology in Retail, a dynamic panel discussion exploring real-world applications of AV and digital innovation in physical retail environments.
Held at the Planar showroom—a digital canvas in its own right—the space was transformed into a live demonstration of technology in action. Planar’s cutting-edge display systems provided the perfect backdrop for a night focused on the intersection of architecture, content, and technology.
