Molton Brown, Dartford Dalziel & Pow
The Molton Brown brand story is woven throughout its latest space to engage with visitors. The new concept puts a contemporary twist on its ‘70s heritage and original salon in Mayfair. The new store aesthetic – designed by Dalziel & Pow -- embodies this earth-born ethos, designed with custom-stained wood, woven rattan cabinets and flourishing plants. All details have been considered; from the warm, energy-conscious lighting to the British furnishing.
This project received an INNOVATION AWARD for FIXTURING and an INNOVATION AWARD for CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.
At the entrance of the store is the interactive Fragrance Bar designed to showcase Molton Brown’s entire range of perfumes. The bar is hand-painted with a marble effect in the brand’s signature heritage-green. The semi-spherical bar is topped by an internally illuminated dome with supporting rods, each framing individual lenses that feature the story of the fragrances and mimic the brand’s iconic ‘lens’ design on its signature bottles. The modular design of the Fragrance Bar is able to support additional products as the range grows and the circular form makes the complete collection accessible for customers to experiment with and explore.
