In October, we visited Track15 in Providence to see Marsella Development’s transformation of historic Union Station into a vibrant culinary and community hub. Chris Marsella shared the story behind the project, with design and construction insights from Jeremy Pollender of CM&B and Colin Gadoury of Vision 3.
