PNW Event Recap: MG2 Firm Spotlight

The PNW Retail Design Institute gathered for an inspiring evening hosted by MG2, highlighting the firm’s innovative contributions to retail design and community engagement. Our guests enjoyed an exclusive look at two standout MG2 projects, the Nordstrom Bellevue Remodel and LEICA Bellevue, each reflecting the firm’s commitment to creating meaningful, experience-driven spaces.

Throughout the evening, presenters shared how these spaces were brought to life through strategic design thinking and a deep understanding of the modern retail experience. The conversation sparked new ideas and appreciation for how thoughtful design can shape meaningful, lasting impressions in the built environment.

Guests connected through engaging conversations, creative inspiration, and a shared passion for design excellence and community.

A special thanks to our sponsors, MG2 Design and Bentley Mills, for making this opportunity possible and for their continued support of the PNW RDI community.

DoorDash checks aren’t super complicated, but they rely heavily on third-party screeners, and that’s where mistakes happen. Mine got delayed because they mixed my file with someone else who had a similar name. I didn’t even realize that was possible until I looked it up. This article — https://consumerattorneys.com/article/what-does-doordash-look-for-in-a-background-check — explains the whole process and what information they actually look for. It also reminds you that these reports fall under the FCRA, which means you have rights if something is inaccurate. Don’t assume a rejection or delay means you actually did something wrong.
